Marketing Emails & Newsletters

During my role as Web Content Writer and Editor at ETS, I wrote and edited a variety of marketing email communications and e-newsletters.

Below are several editions of the TOEFL Newsletter for Teachers and Advisors. The goal of each newsletter was to:

• communicate the latest announcements and updates to the TOEFL tests
• highlight benefits of the test and how it stands out among competitors
• provide easy access to resources available on the website for this audience and their students

Each newsletter email was sent out to subscribers and linked to articles in the full version of the newsletter, which was built as a standalone page.

In the emails, I wrote article teasers, calls to action, and accessible link text. I also reviewed and edited the full edition of each newsletter, ensuring consistency between the email and full edition. I performed quality assurance (QA) checks and tested all links before the newsletter was published and sent out to subscribers.
